In one 6-hour session, we cover the principles, review logic, and cadence your team needs for cleaner books and faster decisions. You provide the room or Zoom; we provide the know-how. Attendees: up to 8. Recording: client may record on their side (internal use).

Tracks (pick 1 per day)

• Month-End Close Mastery — materiality, reconciliations theory, accruals/prepaids/deferrals, review & sign-off.

• Reconciliations Deep Dive (Bank & Cards) — GL vs. statement, proof-of-cash, uncleared-item hygiene, cutoff.

• Owner Finance Pack & Variance Review — P&L/BS trends, cash lens, flux memos owners will read.

• 50% retainer to book; 50% due 48 hours before

• One reschedule with 72-hour notice; non-refundable once reserved
